iFix was created by computer techs for computer techs specific to our industry, Mac® and PC oriented computer repair. iFix is designed to keep track of your clients, their machines, and the history of work that has been performed, for each client and on each individual machine. Gathering client data is seamless. Using iFix, we check in new clients at our repair facility in under 2 minutes.  Looking up client information is as quick as searching for their name. Anything you need to know about your client is never more than a swipe and two taps away..

iFix can be viewed in Landscape Mode or Portrait Mode, however we prefer Landscape Mode.

Search:

iFix is search driven. While nearly every text field is searchable, you will find that the following types of searches are the most useful for us.
Searching for a client; once a client has been found, everything you could want to know about them, their service history, their machines, or the service history of any particular machine is immediately available.
Searching by repair status - see which SROs are still on the bench, waiting for attention, or parts, etc.
See what came in on any particular day or date

** This version is a standalone app, a very simple "tool" to keep you organized. Multi-user support is being developed and will be released shortly. In addition, this does not integrate with any billing software at this time. **
